**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Train new hires and ongoing training for existing staff on service standards, food safety, and customer service techniques.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to staff based on operational needs and ensure sufficient coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for staff.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure all guests receive a high standard of service throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Interact with customers to receive feedback on service and resolve any issues.
- **Operational Management**:

- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee daily operations such as stock levels, preparation, and distribution of food and drinks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost control and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, minimizing wastage and ensuring profitability.
- Prepare and analyze reports, such as sales and inventory reports, to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and managing special events, banquets, or catering functions.
- Ensure proper setup and execution of food and beverage services during events.
