**Job Description: Food and Beverages Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food and beverage staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to improve the practical skills of team members.
- Evaluate and assess trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create customized programs to address specific challenges.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress reports.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of 'Food and Beverage Service Associate' course or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a training or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools is a plus.
