**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Assist in planning and execution of F&B promotions and events.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies and government regulations.
- Assist in inventory control, cost management, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving departmental revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1 year experience** as an **F&B Executive** in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in restaurant and banquet service operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
