**Role: Junior IT Recruiter**

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for the position of Junior IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about Recruitment and where you get an opportunity to work with our Service and product teams to understand current and future needs in the organisation.

**Roles and responsibilities**

2. Parse specialised IT skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

4. Perform pre screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and answer their questions appropriately.

6. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment and update Job descriptions when appropriate.

10. Help **new hires onboard**.

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Strong understanding of s**taffing and recruitment processes**.

4. Familiarity with job posting and sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, etc.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Time management skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

8. A passion for identifying and engaging top talent to drive organizational success.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
