Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and arranging interviews. They will also be involved in maintaining recruitment databases, creating job descriptions, and managing job postings. The Junior Recruiter will ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing potential candidates and managing recruitment databases
  • Interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and arranging interviews
  • Creating job descriptions and managing job postings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
