Key responsibilities:

  1. Source and acquire talent for various roles

  2. Post and advertise job openings across multiple platforms

  3. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit

  4. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients

  5. Handle offer management and negotiate terms with candidates

  6. Manage and update the database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  7. Build employer brand and network with potential candidates and industry professionals

Additional candidate preferences:

  1. Passionate to take up challenges

  2. Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent communication (Fluent in Hindi & English)

  3. Familiar with both IT & non-IT recruitment

  4. Hands-on experience in creating job postings on social media & job portals

5.This is a full-time, in-office role. Face-to-face (F2F) presence is mandatory
