Role Overview

As a Junior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on sourcing. You'll play an important role in building talent pipelines and ensuring smooth hiring processes for Pharma roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative channels

• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for Pharma domain positions

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines

• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in recruitment systems

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and networks

• Prior exposure to Pharma domain hiring preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
