Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Junior Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
