Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Perks:
3% recurring incentives per placement.

Performance-based hike after 3 months.

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Mode: Face-to-Face Interview

Work Type: Completely Work from Office
