Gender - Male
Experience - 3 year - 8 year

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Employee Welfare Initiatives**:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee well-being, including health, safety, and counseling services.
- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Organize activities and workshops to promote work-life balance and mental health.
**2. Compliance and Industrial Relations**:
- Ensure adherence to all statutory labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
**3. HR Policies and Practices**:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee-friendly policies.
- Conduct training and orientation programs to educate employees on company policies and welfare schemes.
- Assist in performance management, recruitment, and retention strategies.
**4. Social Work and Community Engagement**:
- Advocate for social responsibility initiatives within the organization.
- Coordinate CSR activities and community outreach programs.
**5. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of employee welfare activities, grievances, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on compliance, welfare initiatives, and feedback for management.
**Skills**:
1. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
