COMPLIANCE OFFICER:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Onboarding and Documentation
- Manage the joining process for service staff including collection of personal, professional, and statutory documents.
- Verify the authenticity of submitted documents (ID proofs, bank details, qualification, experience certificates, etc.).
- Maintain systematic and secure records (physical and digital) of all employee documents for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Gate Pass Management
- Prepare and issue gate passes for workers, staff, and visitors as per company policy.
- Coordinate with security and admin teams for timely approvals and access control.
- Maintain an up-to-date log of gate pass issuance and returns.

3. Document Uploading
- Upload required employee and compliance documents to various client/vendor portals accurately.
- Ensure completeness, correctness, and timely submission of uploaded records.
- Track and organize uploads for quick retrieval and reference.

4. Salary Processing (Labour)
- Prepare monthly salary sheets for labourers based on attendance and site records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate wage disbursement.
- Maintain transparent wage records and assist in resolving salary-related queries.

5. Compliance Management
- Prepare and submit compliance-related documents as per statutory and client requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, labour returns).
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, site-specific policies, and client compliances.
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing relevant records and support.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
