**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new customers for **Gold Loan** products through direct and indirect channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and loan benefits clearly to customers in **English and local language**.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets for the branch.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Conduct field visits and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines, KYC norms, and company policies.

**Minimum Qualification & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline)
- **Communication**: Must be able to **communicate fluently in English** and local language.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic financial terms.
- Customer-first mindset with integrity and professionalism.
