**Position Title**: Marketing Executive
**Location**:Visakhapatnam

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our products or services to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively pursuing opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and enhance the sales strategy.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with overall business objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously update knowledge on the company’s products or services to effectively sell and address customer questions and concerns.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounts or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
