**Job Title: Commis I & II (Chinese Cuisine)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Grooming & Briefing**:
- Be properly groomed and wear a clean, well-ironed uniform during duty hours.
- Attend all kitchen briefings and follow the instructions shared by senior chefs.
**Operations**:
- Complete mise-en-place and ensure all preparations are done on time.
- Pick up store requisitions and ingredients promptly when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area at all times.
- Keep all food items covered, labeled, and stored properly with day dots.
- Prepare dishes strictly according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow all kitchen safety and food hygiene rules.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking, sauces, and preparation methods.
- Ability to work quickly, follow instructions, and be a good team player.
- Must maintain hygiene, punctuality, and discipline.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
