As a **Chef de Partie**, you’ll be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. In addition to culinary expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes in your designated section to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your area.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and specials.
- Train and mentor Commis Chefs or junior team members.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Solid understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and plating techniques.
- Creative flair with a strong sense of presentation — both on the plate and on screen.
- Strong team spirit, attention to detail, and time management.
Bonus:
- Experience in menu engineering or understanding dish cost breakdown.
- Previous involvement in promotional or branding efforts for food businesses.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
