**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online listings.
- Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and events to showcase listings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and provide accurate information about properties.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the sales process from contract to closing.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of local market regulations and compliance requirements.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for real estate sales and marketing.
