Job Title:

- Minimum 1 Year experience Field Preferable
- (car, insurance, loan, Real Estate)
- Job Location:

- (Webel IT Park, Gandhi More, Durgapur).
- Language:

- Bengali, Hindi, English.
- _**Must Have Bike With Driving License**_
- Salary:

- 9000 - 12000 + Incentive, (Depend on Experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell products to potential customers in assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide customer feedback to the sales and marketing team
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to improve customer experience
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- High school or equivalent
- Proven experience as a field sales representative or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
