**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate projects.
- Provide information about available properties and services offered by Sukanya Realtors.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships through regular contacts.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Bengali** and Hindi.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers over the phone and convince them effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a strong interest in the real estate sector are welcome to apply.
