We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. Identify potential clients through online platforms, events, site visits, and networking. Conduct market research to target prospective buyers and investors. Promotions & Branding Design and implement promotional activities including digital marketing, print ads, exhibitions, and roadshows. Collaborate with advertising agencies and digital platforms to maximize visibility. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract customers. Client Relationship Management Interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and referrals. Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team in converting leads into bookings. Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and vendors for project promotions. Track marketing ROI and prepare reports on campaign performance. Market Analysis Keep updated with competitors’ activities, pricing, and new project launches. Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve brand positioning. Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements in marketing strategy. Skills & Competencies Required Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and real estate trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
