Job Opening Site Engineer Civil - West Bengal Project Company Aditi Solar Pvt Ltd Project Location Durgapur West Bengal Qualification Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 5 Years in Construction Billing Languages Required Hindi English - Mandatory Availability Immediate Joining Preferred Job Overview Aditi Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Engineer for our West Bengal project The candidate must be proficient in planning construction supervision resource and site management procurement billing documentation and reporting Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for communication and coordination Key Responsibilities Planning Supervision Execute site work as per design drawing and project schedule maintaining quality standards Client Consultant Coordination Interface regularly with client and consultant teams to address site requirements technical approvals and execution updates Site Resource Management Manage workforce materials and machinery efficiently to meet project goals Procurement Follow-up Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Billing Documentation Prepare and verify measurements for billing client subcontractor Maintain proper records for each work activity including bills and supporting documents Progress Reporting Prepare and submit DPR Daily Progress Report WPR Weekly Progress Report and MPR Monthly Progress Report Documentation Management Acquire update and maintain all relevant documents approvals reports and logs for audit and compliance purposes Candidate Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in construction billing and site execution Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and billing procedures Strong communication skills in Hindi and English mandatory Self-driven team-oriented and able to manage site independently Job Type Full-Time Site-Based Location Project Site - West Bengal Salary Based on experience and industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Language English Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 07 2025
