City Center, Durgapur, West Bengal 713216

**Interview Time** - Monday to Saturday (11 am to 4 pm)

- **

A real estate tele caller connects with potential clients, promotes properties, and generates sales. They work with existing customers to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities
- **Generate leads**: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing customers
- **Promote properties**: Explain the features and benefits of properties and projects
- **Close sales**: Fix meetings with buyers and sellers
- **Build relationships**: Maintain good relationships with customers
- **Provide customer support**: Address customer queries and resolve concerns
- **Document customer feedback**: Provide feedback to relevant departments to improve the customer experience

- Good presentation skills
- Persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Dynamic and result-oriented

Other duties Keep up with industry trends, Maintain contact information databases, Transfer opportunities to the relevant department, Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team, and Submit reports and updates as required. Success metrics call conversion rates, lead quality, and overall sales performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
