**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Administration, Commerce, or Office Management)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or documentation roles (academic, healthcare, or development sectors preferred)
- Excellent English communication; working knowledge of Kannada
- Desirable: experience with donor-funded projects and institutional reporting
