
Grievance Officer Am/dm Hindi Banking Sector

A grievance officer handles complaints, objections, and concerns. They may work in a variety of settings, including for an organization, publisher, or intermediary.
**Responsibilities**:
**Acknowledge complaints**:Respond to complaints within a specified timeframe
**Resolve complaints**: Resolve complaints in a formal manner
**Provide feedback**: Provide feedback to customers on the grievance redressal mechanism
**Escalate complaints**: Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to the complainant
**Coordinate with departments**: Coordinate between departments to resolve grievances
**Guide customers**: Guide customers on how to redress their problems
**Eligibility Requirements**:
1. Graduation Mandatory
2. Excellent Communication Skill - Hindi, English and Tamil
3. 3-7 years of experience in Customer grievance/escalation in banking sector
4. Age Criteria below 37
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
