  • Escalate complaints: Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to the complainant
  • Coordinate with departments: Coordinate between departments to resolve grievances
  • Guide customers: Guide customers on how to redress their problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
