A grievance officer handles complaints, objections, and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge complaints: Respond to complaints within a specified timeframe
- Resolve complaints: Resolve complaints in a formal manner
- Provide feedback: Provide feedback to customers on the grievance redressal mechanism
- Escalate complaints: Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to the complainant
- Coordinate with departments: Coordinate between departments to resolve grievances
- Guide customers: Guide customers on how to redress their problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
