We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and manage end-to-end HR responsibilities for an employee base of approximately 300 employees. The role will be split between Talent Acquisition (50%) and HR Operations & Employee Relations (50%), ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes, employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various business functions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation, offer letters, and onboarding formalities.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

HR Operations & Employee Relations (50%)

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring timely closure.
  • Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HRIS updates, and employee database management
  • Support policy implementation, disciplinary actions, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication channels.
  • Conduct HR orientation sessions and support training coordination.
