A grievance officer handles complaints, objections, and concerns.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Acknowledge complaints**: Respond to complaints within a specified timeframe
- **Resolve complaints**: Resolve complaints in a formal manner
- **Provide feedback**: Provide feedback to customers on the grievance redressal mechanism
- **Escalate complaints**: Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to the complainant
- **Coordinate with departments**: Coordinate between departments to resolve grievances
- **Guide customers**: Guide customers on how to redress their problems
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
