We are looking for a passionate, Administrative Assitant (temporary )for our Client Centers in Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, India.

**Objective**:
The Administrative Assistant will support the Center Leadership Team by managing the administrative systems in order to ensure the smooth running of the Center to meet the needs of our children, parents, staff team and our client center.

This includes support with communications, reporting, record keeping, ordering and processing of invoices.

The Administrative Assistant will act as the receptionist and therefore be the welcoming face of the Center. It is important that the Administrative Assistant engages in safe ways of working at all times and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow best practice of customer service to potential and existing parents
- Respond clearly to all written and verbal communication from Parents, Client and staff
- Document all enquiries and follow the enrollment process
- Take minutes and distribution of minutes for monthly staff meetings, monthly client meetings etc
- Send and receive feedback/questionnaires from parents

**Further responsibilities**
- Supporting staff with administrative duties and other tasks as required **Purchasing and ordering of supplies**
- Liaising with internal contractors for maintenance, purchasing, parent and staff access into the center
- Attending all monthly staff meetings
- Responding to client internal requests Assist in the introduction of new families and marketing programs
- Assist with any internal parent forum meetings/ events / marketing / Updating internal website information

**ICT skills**
- Have responsibility for managing the on-line booking system
- Diary/calendar management of center and manager
- Production of internal tickets
- Update staff and child information on all the center records
- Preferably with a Degree level qualification, or commitment to achieve one
- MS Office Skills, Outlook, Good Verbal and Written communication(English)
