**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of proofreading techniques is advantageous
- Customer service or support experience is beneficial
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
