**Job Title**: Admin Executive

**Location**: Mira Road
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years in Administration(factory/plant experience preferred)

**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations at the factory level. The role ensures smooth functioning of office activities, supports compliance with factory regulations, manages vendor coordination, and assists HR and facility management processes.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Maintain daily administrative operations at the factory premises.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance staff.
- Handle attendance for staff and workers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities like water, electricity, and internet.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office/factory supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and AMC services.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and compliance checks.
- Managing transportation for staff and canteen management.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance, and statutory documents.
- Maintain proper filing of agreements, licenses, bills, and contracts.
- Support audit teams during internal or external audits.
- Monitor factory hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.
- Prepare administrative reports and submit expense/budget details.
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration or relevant field).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or plant administration role.
- Good knowledge of factory operations, statutory compliance, and administrative processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
