Job Summary: As a Junior IT Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure and operations of the company. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing technical support to end-users. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.

Assist in resolving technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, cctv and other peripherals.

**System Administration**:
Monitor system performance and security, and assist in implementing measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

**Hardware and Software Maintenance**:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and system backups.

Assist in inventory management of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, and disposal of hardware and software.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and warranty claims.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and technical documentation.

Generate reports on IT service requests, incident resolution, and system performance as required.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any streams with 1-2 years of experience of IT Hardware & networking.

Proficient in Excel and M.S Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required level of attention to detail and accuracy to deliver flawless work.
