- Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding service standards and expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while chatting with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or equivalent.
