As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided to customers.

**Problem-Solving**: Analyze customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating to relevant teams when necessary, to ensure timely resolution.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken to track and report common issues for continuous improvement.

**Customer Education**: Assist in educating customers on how to use our products effectively and offer recommendations for improved usage.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
