**What you'll do**:
**Engage & Delight Customers**
- Assist customers with order updates, sizing queries, and product recommendations and post sale journey
- Go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied
**Resolve Issues Efficiently**
- Address and resolve order-related concerns like delays, exchanges, and returns
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Proactively identify common issues and suggest improvements in customer experience
**Enhance Customer Experience**
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams
- Help build a community of happy customers by personalizing interactions
- Maintain customer records and reports for seamless follow-ups

1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion
Strong communication skills (both written & spoken in English + Hindi)
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
