**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To give a satisfying and happy experience to our existing clients
- To assist them with any queries and issues they might be having while on-boarding for the online workshops or while using our products and services
- To handle inquiries coming from new prospects for our programs and services
- To convert interested prospects into paid clients.
- To use the power of sale psychology and turn the prospects into happy clients
- To upsell and cross sell other program/products to the existing clients
- Giving technical assistance to the clients
- Being a smart tech savvy to bridge the gap wherever required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience of client calling, sales and support.
- Understanding of social media platforms and client psychology will be added advantage (preferred)
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to drive good Sales numbers for the organization.
- Tech savvy, experienced and high levels of commitment (preferred)
- Knowlede of Wordpress, Canva Desinin Automation (preferred)
- Must be fluent in English
- Negotiation skills
- Quick in reporting and coordination
- Initiative attitude

**Experience**: 1-3 yrs
