We're looking for Customer Support Associates (Voice Role) with excellent English communication skills for immediate joining.

Location: Tech Mahindra New Building, Noida SEZ sector 81

Work Mode: On-site

Shifts: 24x7 (US window)

Cab Facility: Both sides

**Salary**: As per market standards

Role Objective:
To assess, understand, and resolve customer queries efficiently through voice support.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent verbal communication in English

✔ Understanding of key customer service principles (empathy, first call resolution, C-SAT)

✔ Basic computer, internet, and telecommunication knowledge

✔ Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage escalations

✔ Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Eligibility:
Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Domestic/International process
