**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To give support to clients
- Onboarding into online workshops by giving Course Access on App / Dashboard
- Making Whatsapp Groups and handling flow of the workshops
- Giving assistance to the students and participants
- Resolving Lead Queries on whatsapp to convert interested prospects into paid clients.
- To upsell and cross sell other program/products to the existing clients
- Smart tech savvy to bridge the gap wherever required.
- Knowlede of Wordpress, Canva, Zapier/Pabbly, LMS (preferred)
- Google worksheets/Data filtration
- Hands on experience in Clients Servicing & Sales
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience of client & Lead handling, Sales and Support.
- Knowlede of Wordpress, Canva, Zapier/Pabbly, LMS (preferred) will be added advantage (preferred)
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to drive good Sales numbers for the organization.
- Must have Good Written and Spoken English
- Solution-Oriented
- Quick in reporting and coordination
- Great work ethics who can give 100% with honesty and integrity
- Creative, Fast Learner
- Hungry to learn and grow
- Self-Motivated
- Highly professional
