**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Understand the set recruitment goals and objectives of the team
Communicate with Hiring Managers on a need basis
Review and proofread job descriptions provided by Clients
Use multi-channel approach to recruit

- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- **Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience as Recruiter or HR role with exposure to hiring
- **Skills**:
- Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
Ability to scan volume of resumes.
Good understanding and experience with HR tools
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
