Our products are in high demand with Original Equipment (OEMs) & Machinery Manufacturers working in industries like Steel, Cement, Textile, Printing, Packaging, Infrastructure, Material Handling etc. PAN India.

As we gear up for our next growth phase, we are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer who will assist our organization to increase sales and market share by partnering with OEMs.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation** : Generating new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **OEM focus** : Identifying, Meeting and Developing OEM Partnerships
- Negotiating contracts and securing long-term agreements with OEM partners.
- **Strategic Sales Planning** : Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and targets.
- **Market Analysis** : Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- **Relationship building with OEMs** : Providing exceptional customer service and support to OEM partners to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
- **Sales Performance** : Achieving sales targets and performance metrics as set by the organization.
- **Product Knowledge** : Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to OEM partners.
- **Reporting and Analysis** : Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any Graduate
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field will be preferred.

**Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial product sales, OEM development, Strategic sales planning, Lead generation.

**Skills**:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the OEM sector or a related industry.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- **Follow-up Skills**:Strong order and payment follow-up skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and with OEM partners.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to understand technical aspects of the products and services to effectively communicate with R&D and technical teams at OEM partners.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
