**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide product information, answer queries, and offer training sessions when required.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and share insights with the management team.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and ensure accurate presentation to clients.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Document client interactions, orders, and feedback using CRM tools.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards during promotional activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex medical information.
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (MS Office).

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Growth in the customer base and retention rate.
- Frequency and quality of client interactions.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports.

**Benefits**:
