**Job Title: Sales Executive, Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Officer (BDO)**
**Location**: Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Pune, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Create and present engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
