**Job Summary**:
The Shear Operator is responsible for operating a shear machine to cut materials like metal to the correct size, ensuring precision and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the shear machine to cut materials as per the job requirements.
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment.
- Measure and inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
- Follow safety rules and use protective equipment.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operating machinery (preferably shear machines).
- Ability to read and understand measurements.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
