**Job Role - Production Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise day-to-day machine shop operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.**:

- **Monitor and manage SS component production processes, including cutting, shearing, punching, bending, etc.**:

- Schedule, assign, and oversee production tasks to ensure timely completion and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety standards within the shop floor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, and personnel to avoid production downtime.
- Work closely with quality control to ensure all SS components meet specification and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update production records, including production reports, work orders, and SAP entries.
- Train and mentor shop floor personnel to improve skills and maintain high production standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.

**Qualification, Skills & Experience**:

- **BE / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in a machine shop, specifically working with SS / sheet metal components (pipes, flanges, etc.).**:

- **Strong knowledge of SS machining processes: cutting, shearing, punching, and bending.**:

- Familiarity with CNC/VMC machines and other relevant shop equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in **SAP for production tracking and reporting.**:

- Ability to lead and supervise a team, manpower handling, managing workload and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,764.47 - ₹33,837.30 per month
