**Job Title: MIG Welder/Fabricator**

**Reports To**: [Supervisor / Fabrication Manager / Production Manager]
**Salary**: 614 Per Days

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG welding on various metals (primarily steel, aluminum, or stainless steel)
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Cut, fit, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Inspect welds and fabricated parts for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
- Use grinders, saws, shears, and other fabrication tools and machinery as needed
- Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using welding procedures
- Operate overhead cranes or forklifts (if certified)
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Perform maintenance on equipment as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a MIG welder/fabricator (typically 2+ years)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of welding equipment and fabrication tools
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, square, etc.)
- Understanding of welding symbols and codes (AWS standards is a plus)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to [XX] lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred

**Preferred Skills (Not Required)**:

- TIG or Stick welding experience
- CNC plasma or laser cutting knowledge
- Experience with custom or structural steel fabrication
- Forklift or crane operation certification

**Work Environment**:

- Exposure to loud noise, sparks, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
- Standing for extended periods and physical labor required
- Indoors (shop environment), sometimes outdoors depending on job

Pay: From ₹614.00 per day
