**Responsibilities**:
Read weldment drawings, plan tools & consumables requirements and obtain items from stores.
- Inspect raw materials and items to be welded before taking up for welding for quality and quantity
- Fit-up by tack welding of mating parts and check for fit-up quality as per the tolerances demanded in the drawings
- Full weld the fit-up as per the specifications
- Dress the welds using angle grinder
- Check and maintain welding machines daily to ensure functionality

**Skills Required**:
**Welding**: Using metal inert gas (MIG) or tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding to join metal pieces together
- **Reading Drawing**: Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions to ensure the fabrication is to standard
- **Maintaining equipment**: Using preventative maintenance to keep machinery and tools in good condition
- **Quality checks**: Ensuring products meet quality standards
- **Safety**:Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- **Operating tools**: Using arc welders, grinders, and buffing machines
- **Selecting materials**: Choosing the right material and gas ratios for the job
- **Preparing surfaces**: Preparing the metal surfaces for welding
- **Inspecting welds**: Checking the strength of the welds after production
- Good communication abilities.

**Work Experience**
- 2-3 years in a similar job profile

**Educational Qualification**

Any Graduation or ITI in Mechanical

Pay: ₹15,200.00 per month
