**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-3+ Years (Freshers & Experienced welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform ARC/MIG welding on structural steel parts (beams, trusses, etc.).
- Ensure joint preparation and welding as per WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
- Operate welding tools and maintain safety standards.
- Understand welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
- Conduct visual inspection of welds and assist in rectification if required.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and welding equipment.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in ARC/MIG welding processes.
- Ability to read structural welding drawings.
- Basic understanding of welding defects and correction.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices.

**Qualification**:

- ITI - Welder Trade
- Experience: 0-3+ years (Freshers can apply; PEB industry experience preferred)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,493.86 per month
