**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding and Fabrication**:

- Perform welding tasks including MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), or other techniques as required.
- Assemble and fabricate metal structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Blueprint Reading**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure welds meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Inspect completed projects for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- **Equipment Operation**:

- Operate welding tools and machinery such as grinders, plasma cutters, and torches.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide guidance to junior welders when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 4**+ years** of experience as a Welder in fabrication.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication methods.
- Ability to use tools such as grinders, drills, and measuring instruments.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- **Certification**: ITI ,Welder certification (AWS or equivalent) is an advantage.
- **Physical Ability**: Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.

**Educational Requirements**:

- ITI or equivalent.
- Vocational training or technical school certification in welding is preferred.
