**Job Title: Production Supervisor - Machine Shop**

Location: Navlakh Umbre, Taluka Maval, Talegaon Pune 410507

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day machine shop operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and manage SS component production processes, including cutting, shearing, punching, bending, etc.
- Schedule, assign, and oversee production tasks to ensure timely completion and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety standards within the shop floor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, and personnel to avoid production downtime.
- Work closely with quality control to ensure all SS components meet specification and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update production records, including production reports, work orders, and SAP entries.
- Train and mentor shop floor personnel to improve skills and maintain high production standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.

**Qualification, Skills & Experience**:

- BE / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in a machine shop, specifically working with SS / sheet metal components (pipes, flanges, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SS machining processes: cutting, shearing, punching, and bending.
- Familiarity with CNC/VMC machines and other relevant shop equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP for production tracking and reporting.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team, manpower handling, managing workload and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

CTC: Rs. 25,000-30,000/
- Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
