**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with size guidance, fabric details, and customization requests.
- Handle order-related queries, including tracking, exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order updates.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
- Identify common customer pain points and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement.
- Assist in post-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing campaigns by addressing customer concerns related to promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Understand company policies to address customer issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of women's westernwear trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of computers.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
