The Role:
As an Operations & Customer Support Associate at Stylework, you occupy a pivotal role within our dynamic team, operating at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer support. Your unique blend of skills allows you to provide exceptional experiences for our clients while supporting the efficient execution of our transaction advisory vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Proposals: Create comprehensive transaction proposals, encompassing product pitches and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for secured deals
- 2. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Space Operations team and operators to ensure seamless inventory synchronization, prioritizing a seamless client experience.

3. Sales Channel Partners: Establish and nurture local Sales Channel partnerships, effectively managing them to maximize commercial inventory collection and revenue growth

5. Qualify Leads: Qualify customer queries for MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to support the Business Development Team

7. Corporate Product Suite Sign-ups Traction: Collaborate with the sales team to drive sign-ups for our B2B SaaS product, ensuring a high conversion rate.

8. MIS Reporting: Utilise Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to create and manage MIS reports. Employ features like pivot tables and vlookup functions for efficient data analysis.

9. Creativity: Showcase your creative prowess by employing design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or others to craft engaging corporate decks and commercial proposals.

10. Operational Efficiency: Contribute to research and analysis efforts aimed at supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

11. Process Improvement: Actively engage in identifying areas for process enhancement and innovative ideas to elevate overall Stylework operations.
