Job Summary:
Eastside Perfumes is seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer issues.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Connect with customers for wholesale orders and convert leads.

Qualifications:
**4 year of customer service experience OR Undergraduate degree.**
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ms-Excel is Plus
- Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.

**Salary**:
As per company Regulations
